Welcome to the home of the Clan Egan, for the descendants of Aodhagáin, hereditary Brehons (or Judges) in Connaught, Leinster and Ormond. This includes the anglicised names MacEgan, Egan, Eagan, Eagen and Keegan.

The purpose of the Clann Mac Aodhagáin web site is to provide a common repository for information concerning the MacEgan families in all their differing spellings.

The 2012 Clan Rally will be a full week of activities starting and finishing in Bunratty, Co. Clare on the West coast. Participants should plan to arrive and stay in Bunratty on the 24th June
(the closest airport is Shannon).
